Resistors

Resistors:

An electronic components that resists the current by producing voltage between its two-terminals.

The basic Characteristics of  Resistors:-
  • Resistance
  • Tolerance
  • Power rating
  • Impedance
  • Noise
  • Temperature Co-efficient

  • Resistance : A ability not to be effected by something .
  • Tolerance: Power or capacity to tolerate unfavorable environmental condition.
  • Power rating: The highest power input allowed to flow through particular equipment.
  • Impedance: The obstacle between charge flow
  • Noise: This disturb the flow of current to make the resistance.
  • Temperature Co-efficient: It's mean that resistance changes it's value by temperature.

    Types of Resistors:-  

Passive Components

Passive Components:
Those device or components which do not required external source to perform their operation is known as Passive components.
Or
Those components which store or maintain devices which  maintain or store energy in the for of voltage or current is known as Passive components.

Ex.Resistor, capacitor, Inductor etc.


Passive components are also called as Acceptor


How?
When we connect resistor, capacitor, inductor to the power supply it's start working, without using specific voltage.

Active Components

Active Components:
Those kinds of components which requires external source to operate their operation is called as Active components.
Or
The devices or components which produce energy in form of voltage or current are called as Active components.

These components amplify signals.
These components have capabilities to  amplifying it.
Ex. Diodes , Transistors etc.

Electronic Components

When we talk about the electric components,we feel that components are basic part of equipment.These components are finally enclosed by resin so that they can be protected from environment. These components are very complex from inside.

When we talk about computer . The first thing which came in our mind is "It's Miracle" for all human being.In today's  world it seems that  every person in this world is running towards the technology.Indian Government have specially focus on the computer knowledge because day to day every department,school, colleges depends on computer.Computer makes our daily life easier and faster from last some decades.The Banks,chats, messages and many aspects of life become easier.It's used perform various tasks.Data storage and processing are the important tasks performed by the computer.Scientist used computer application to monitor  weather forecast and other aspects.A human can make compact thing to make life easier like listening music, money transfer, video calling , voice calling, movie watching ..etc. many application comes to use a database of shop and many big company used application for online shopping .The day came when there is no need to go outside the house for shopping and purchasing food ingredients.

Single Node Topology

Introduction:-
Single Node Topology ,this mean a single node device directly connected to the server.This type of terminal is known as Dumb Terminal.This type of terminal is the cheapest part of the network which uses on network devices but it depend on the resources of server.The server is the main device that is used for network data storage.In single node terminal ,it access data from server, operates on it and return them back to the server after completing the work.
Such type of node use the server for backup the data.
Advantage of Single-Node Topology:
  • Easily configure, install and manged by us.
  • Low expense.
  • Only single cable used.
Disadvantage of Single-Node Topology:
  • Only one device is connected to entire network.
  • Dependency on the server for resources.

Topologies

Introduction:
Topologies is configuration which are used to create a network environment.A group of networking device connected with each other to form a network.These days,the advancement in the networking field or you say the increasing uses of network in an offices,home,organization,airport there must be a topology used.
If you tried ,you can create a point-to-point or multi-point network.In point-to-point network you can share data in an specific or local network through same network.Examples of point-to-point network are Microwave ,Satellite, and television network.
Now, In multi-point connection devices shares the connection are called as multi-drop connection.Topologies are the strategies which describes the pattern how the computer are connected in network.
Physical topologies refers to describe actual physical structure of the network.It's the physical structure of network.
logical topologies describes and determines the way the data travel the way in network from one device to another.It' shows behavior and inter-operates of network.


There are different type of topologies are:-
  • Tree  Network Topology
  • Hybrid  Network Topology
