Introduction to Computer

 

In Ancient period . people used “pebbles” and “figures” for the calculation. When day passed the growth of calculations  can increase the demand of calculating equipment’s .

It is the fact

The term “ computer “ came from a latin word called “Compute” which means to calculate .

A computer is an electronic device which accepts input , process it and give desirable results .

It works on logical concepts. The application of a computer totally depends on human creativity and imagination.

  Day by day the demand of computer in every field increased just like in public sector, private sector and governmental sector. Today some sectors are fully depended on the computer  like banking ,post-office, railway etc. Today computer makes people life easier than the past. When people went for document work in a offices then staff takes  a  lot of time to complete the work but today you have given a id no. or you say unique no . and in minimum hour your work have been done.
Computer can change people life from slower to faster and it can also helps in development of a Country. Computer brings  a new revolution in human being life.
The Era of writing postcard are going to be end  .Today people using Email, Fax, Video chatting to communicate with other people who are living far away from you.

In  everyday life we feel computer as integral life.Computer process many application which is we need according to the set of instructions and the specific task such as graphical, word , excel etc.
It have various unit like Input devices , output devices, processing devices.To perform any arithmetical and logical process very easily with the help of computer.The internal components of the PC include CPU(Central Processing Unit),Motherboard,RAM(Random Access Memory),Storage Device and power Supply.

Let's discuss about electricity:
Electricity is the a form of energy with the flow of electrons and protons.The electric charge is the flow of electrons and protons which is also known as current.Voltage is the difference between the initial point from charge start to move and the destination point where it reached.
The most interesting point is the current flow in a wire may be AC (Alternating Current) or DC(Direct Current). 
Q. Question is that why we discuss these topic ?
Ans:-This because we need to know which current is required to flow in computer circuit. It always be DC(Direct current ) because in direct current the voltage fluctuation is lesser and minimum then the AC(Alternate Current).
